Ways to Give

Treasure
Finances are key to the accomplishing the work and growing the movement of Somebody Cares Baltimore. On the inside panel are the various ways and tools that are provided for contributions to be made. In addition to finances there are other ways of giving that makes a great impact.

Time
Volunteers are the heartbeat of Somebody Cares. Volunteering your time to serve by participating in a work project, picking up trash, help in the office, provide food and drinks to other volunteers, directly serving the youth, elderly or homeless at one of our many projects sites are all ways that get the job done. When our volunteers give their time it multiplies efforts in combination with others. By giving of your time, you become a vessel of love that is tangible- inspiring hope and bringing the change we are all working towards.

Talent
There are many who have gifts or areas of skill that is greatly needed by SCB to continue to serve with excellence. All of us have skills that can make a difference whether it is administration, carpentry, preparing food, planning or teaching- each one of these areas of expertise are needed for getting work completed and providing the best experience we can for our volunteers and those we serve. If you or someone you know has a skill and are able to work in collaboration on one of the many projects, please let us know.
